The Annapurna region of Nepal, a couple of hundred kilometers northwest of Kathmandu, is renowned for its blend of undisturbed nature, spectacular mountain views, and embracing culture. The Annapurna Circuit is typically rated as one of the "top 20" trekking experiences worldwide. Ghandruk is a beautiful village with a number of slate-roofed houses, paved courtyard, a museum, Buddhist monastery and the trip will remain ideal for those wishing to experience Nepal’s mountain scenery and ethnic culture within a short time.
